Our Rapid Deployment Package is structured to allow most organisations to begin saving their content into M-Files straightaway. The package includes:
- 30 document classes for business administration, general administration, human resources, policies and procedures, project/job documents, and correspondence (e.g., emails)
- 10 pre-configured non-document (metadata-based) object types including client/customer information, employee information, general contacts, meeting information, and project/job information
- 2 x customised M-Files workflows (e.g., employee timesheet approval, policy document review and approval)
Better still, our package includes three video conference meetings to refine the vault structure with a certified M-Files Solution Engineer and up to 10 hours of professional
services to perform limited vault refinements.
